Moderna’s COVID-19 ‘vaccine’ Safety Trial Got Bungled On Purpose

NPR Reports The Control Group Volunteers All Decided to Leave the Test Protocol

Fort Fairfield Journal, August 25, 2021

On February, 19, 2021, National Public Radio (NPR) reported that the control group in the Moderna experimental COVID vaccine study was effectively nullified when the volunteers in that group decided to go ahead and get vaccinated even though the safety study was still ongoing.1

In a vaccine or drug study, the control group is that group which receives a placebo, or nothing at all.  In this case, the control group in the Moderna study would have received an injection of saline solution or some other inert material.  During these studies, neither the person administering the injection, nor the person receiving it are aware which they are getting - the trial vaccine or the placebo.

However, NPR reported that the trial's data was compromised when all of the participants were called after the FDA issued “emergency use authorization” for the vaccine and were notified which group they were in.

The experimental Moderna vaccine trial was conducted at a company called Johnson County Clinical Trials in Lenexa, Kansas.  Dr. Carlos Fierro, who runs the study there, told NPR that every participant was called back after the Food and Drug Administration authorized the vaccine.  He suspects those individuals got spooked by rumors about the vaccine. But everybody else who had the placebo shot went ahead and got the actual vaccine. So now Fierro has essentially no comparison group left for the ongoing study.

What this means is now that the control group participants for the Moderna experimental COVID "vaccine" have all received the shot, there is no group to compare to in order to determine statistics for adverse side effects, efficacy or any long-term side effects over the years.

Dr. Fierro described the blunder as "a loss from a scientific standpoint" but then turned abound and suggested, "it's the right thing to do,"

Dr. Steven Goodman, a clinical trials specialist at Stanford University, says losing those control groups makes it more difficult to answer some important questions about COVID-19 shots

"We don't know how long protections lasts," he says. "We don't know efficacy against variants — for which we definitely need a good control arm — and we also don't know if there are any differences in any of these parameters by age or race or infirmity."

People signing up for these studies were not promised special treatment, but once the FDA authorized the vaccines, their developers decided to offer the shots which goes against all generally accepted practices when studying new vaccines or drugs before they go to market.

What this means for the Moderna vaccine is, outside of those people in the general public who have chosen not to receive any of the experimental gene therapy drugs, there is nobody to compare to for the purposes of compiling statistics on Moderna's drug or its safety and long term side effects.

This kind of sloppy, haphazard science has been ongoing throughout the media's contrived COVID-19 'pandemic' and the safety all of the experimental 'vaccines' must be called into question even if the U.S. FDA bows to political pressure to "approve" these experimental drugs next month when it normally takes upward of 10 to 15 years to complete a safety study on a newly developed vaccine.
