Fort V.F.W. at Halfway
Point in Veteran’s Memorial Fundraising By:

FAIRFIELD—The Fort Fairfield V.F.W. Post 6187 in Fort Fairfield has raised
about half of the $25,000 needed for their new veteran's memorial. They are
now conducting a bottle drive to aid in their fundraising efforts. The drive
will run through the end of November.
Bottles may be redeemed at the following redemption centers: Four
Daughters, in Fort Fairfield; Parsons Street Redemption, Rick’s Redemption
and Presque Isle Redemption, in Presque Isle; Bennett Drive Redemption and
DoDo’s in Caribou; and Mars Hill Redemption. Just mention it is a donation
for the Veterans Memorial at Post 6187 in Fort Fairfield. All donations are
greatly appreciated. Thank you for your continued support of our vets. For

In addition to the bottle drive, Post 6187 is also offering personally
engraved bricks that will be featured at the new memorial.
Bricks can have up to three lines of text and cost $35.00 each.
