Obamacare Failing As Planned

By: David Deschesne

Obamacare, or as it's incorrectly named, the “Affordable Health Care Act” is falling apart at the seams just as it was designed to do. The purpose of Obamacare was never to make health insurance affordable, it was to at once destroy a functioning health care system by getting the federal government involved in it and to reap massive windfall profits to the health insurance companies and the globalist bankers who administer their bank accounts.

The current scam in Obamacare is the dog and pony show of courts trying to decide if its federal subsidies are constitutional or not. The intent all along has been for the federal government to not subsidize the excessive health insurance premiums for those who can't afford them while at the same time, convince people the subsidies would be there for them in order to entice them to sign on to the scam. The current battle in the courts over the subsidies is to create the illusion that a fight for the subsidies is going on while at the end of the day the average U.S. inhabitant will be stuck paying the bill for health insurance premiums neither they, nor the U.S. government can afford to pay. Those who were lured into purchasing health insurance with the impression that the U.S. government was going to subsidize most of the premium costs due to their low income are about to be in for a very unpleasant surprise. But now that they're signed into the system, there's virtually no way out of the debt slavery to the health insurance companies that they will surely be in bondage to for the rest of their lives.

Obamacare, on average, has increased the cost of health insurance by $2,500. It did away with low-cost catastrophic insurance and makes everyone purchase full coverage insurance, instead.

To date, only 1 million of the 36 million who did not have health insurance have signed up for Obamacare while 7 million who already had insurance were dropped by their insurance companies for having catastrophic insurance so they had to buy into an Obamacare plan.

With this political sleight of hand the insurance companies received a great return on their investments to the campaigns of Obama ($23 million), Pelosi (2.4 million), Reid, Schumer, et al. The Health Insurance companies now enjoy more young customers, no more low cost insurance, increased rates, rationed healthcare, and no additional competition against their state sanctioned monopolies.

Despite the U.S. Supreme Court's incorrect ruling on Obamacare, it is still unconstitutional for the federal government to reach into a State - an area outside of its jurisdiction to legislate - and force people to purchase a product or service. The way the Federal government has gotten around this constitutional restriction is through the use of the Social Security Number and convincing people to voluntarily opt into its domain via the U.S. taxpayer status. Social Security numbers are still voluntary, they are not mandatory to have to live and work in the United States. SSNs are then used by the government to coax people into contractual agreements such as Obamacare that they otherwise may legally avoid if they simply stopped voluntarily using that number in their financial transactions.

The 2,700 page Obamacare law can really be condensed into four major bullet points:

1.) In order to insure the uninsured, we first have to un-insure the insured.

2.) Next, we require the newly un-insured to be re-insured.

3.) To re-insure the newly un-insured, they are required to pay extra charges to be re-insured.

4.) The extra charges are required so that the original insured, who became un-insured, and then became re-insured, can pay enough extra so that the original un-insured can be insured free of charge.
