FEMA to Deploy Military Style

Target Identification System in U.S.

By: David Deschesne

Fort Fairfield Journal, January 11, 2012

DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA—On November 18, 2011, The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) released a Statement of Work on their website, soliciting contractor support assistance for, among other things, their National Continuity Programs.

The document was revealed on December 21 by a whistleblower, presumably within the U.S. Department of Defense, on Alex Jones’ syndicated radio talk show.

FEMA has requested contractor assistance to guide them in equipping and implementing “Geospatial Information Systems (GIS), Blue Force Situational Awareness (BFSA) and Continuity Analysis, and Command, Control, Communications Computing (C4).” These technologies are currently what the U.S. military uses in battlefield conditions to identify “friendly” troops during battle in an effort to reduce the number of “friendly fire” incidents on their own troops and others cooperating with them.

The move to include these technologies within the United States by FEMA, for use against the American people is precedent-setting. It is likely being done to prepare for societal unrest after the Federal Reserve finishes destroying what’s left of the U.S. economy.

The recent passage of the National Defense Authorization act for 2011 now allows for the U.S. Military—and now FEMA operating with militarized tactics and hardware—to arrest, imprison, try and ultimately execute any U.S. citizen with no due process based upon a convoluted, constantly changing definition of “terrorist.”

Within an hour after the information was revealed on Alex Jones’ program, the Statement of Work was removed from FEMA’s website.
